Our rice starch is produced from China non-GMO rice with second to none technology of enzymatic method. Rice starch has pure flavor and excellent digestibility, it is also non-allergen, non-GMO. Rice starch particle is the smallest in all natural starch, with the size of 2μm ~ 8μm and the majority shows irregular polygonal shape, and significant angular. It has a very good dispersion in the aqueous phase. The particle size is similar to homogenized fat ball, so rice starch has creamy taste. It is a kind of ideal starch with characteristics as follows.

· Stabilizer and thickener

 

After gelatinization, rice starch has a certain viscosity, applicable in breakfast food / bakery / soup / jelly-type products such as yogurt. It plays an important part in stabilizing and thickening.

 

· Filling Agent and Carrier

 

Rice starch particle is the smallest among all natural starches. To be specific, the number of rice starch particles is three times as many as that of corn starch and ten times of potato starch under the same volume.
