Basic Informations:
The compound is a white crystalline powder with a smell similar to petroleum, flammable and susceptible to moisture. It can be prepared by neutralizing with liquid alkali after sulfonation of xylene. Widely used in the manufacture of detergent additives.
Application:
1. It is widely used in the manufacture of daily detergent. It is a new efficient and low-toxicity detergent solubilizer.

Used as a solvent in detergent, also used as a component of dry cleaning agent, fungicide, metal processing cleaning agent, etc. Sodium xylene sulfonate used in liquid detergent, can be used as coupling agent, water soluble growth AIDS, homogenizing agent, dispersant, and to reduce the turbidity point, viscosity.
