Product Features

 

RT2101 mainly works as fortifier for natural and various synthetic rubber. It is applicable to bead of all-steel tire, shoe sole, seal for car window, rubber tube, rubber covers for floor and other areas.

This resin is suggested be be added in early stage of mixing. Accelerant H can be added in the late stage of mixing together with accelerant and sulp hur.

8~15% addition of Accelerant H by weight of RT2101 is suggested.

Package and Storage

Packed in 25 or 40 bags with 3 layers of Kraft paper-plastic woven composite outside, lined with PE or PP plastic liner. Resin must be stored below 25ºC in a well ventilated, cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, or other heat sources. During storage and transportation, resin must be kept away from moisture to avoid agglomeration. Resin must be moved with care without sharp material, to prevent packaging damage. Avoid exposure to sun and rain during transportation. Typical shelf life is 12 months.
