Zeolite powder is a natural zeolite rock ground fine, the color is light green, white. It can remove 95% ammoniia nitrogen in water, purify water quality, and alleviate the phenomenon of water transfer.

Wastewaster Treatment

(1) Total phosphorus (TP, mg/L) removal rate: 95%;

(2) Removal rate of  nitrogen (NH3-N, mg/L) : 90%;

(3) Removal rate of chemical oxygen demand (COD, mg/L) : 85%;

Application

 

1. The specifications of zeolite powder should be selected according to the use. If used for water quality improvement, 180 mesh to 200 mesh specifications should be used.
2. Good quality zeolite powder, natural zeolite content should reach more than 50%.
3. Ammoniia absorption value is an important quality index of zeolite powder. The ammoniia absorption value of qualified zeolite powder is generally greater than 100mg equivalent /100g. The use of zeolite powder 25-50 kg per mu per meter of water depth can remove 95% ammoniia nitrogen in the water, purify the water and increase the role of dissolved oxygen, while improving the total alkalinity of the water and stabilizing the water quality.
Concrete admixture: zeolite powder contains a certain amount of active silicon dioxide and silicon trioxide, which can interact with calcium hydroxide, the hydration product of cement, to produce gelling substances.
The effect of zeolite powder on concrete: 1. Improve the workability of concrete mix. 2. Improve concrete strength.
