Tanyun production of a variety of polyvinyl butyral resin PVB and its physical specifications shown in the following table.
 *Specifications TB-03, TB-05, TB-06 is a low viscosity products;
 *Specifications TB-08, TB-12, TB-14 belonging to medium viscosity products;
 *Specifications TB-17, TB-20, TB-17T, TB-18T is a high viscosity of the product;
The specifications PVB has good compatibility with each other, and therefore can be used in combination.

2. We are able to develop special specifications PVB according to the clients' needs. Note: 1. viscosity measurement, is 10 wt% PVB 95% ethanol solution at 20ºC measured by the Brook field viscometer
 *TB-17T, TB-18T have excellent heat resistance, it can be applied to the printed circuit board adhesive.
 *TB-05TS/TB-03TS , suitable for printing inks and paint products.
 *TF-1 is mainly used for the preparation of a variety of high temperature, high strength adhesives, inks paints, enamels, and advanced coatings.
Also be used in the manufacture of high-strength diamond wheel, all kinds of plastic sheet and the like. Widely used in brake adhesive film, cigarette packaging film,aviation advanced adhesives and new composite materials.
The specifications PVB has good compatibility with each other, and therefore can be mixed with ordinary PVB use.

Application&Usage

Safety glass interlayer

The obtained film is used for making a sandwich material for safety glass, which has good transparency and high impact strength, and is widely used in the fields of aviation and automobiles.

Printing ink

The polyvinyl butyral resin series is very suitable as a binder for printing inks, and if properly formulated, the ink is odorless and tasteless. It has excellent adhesion to organic substrates such as cellulose acetate film, polyester film and polystyrene as well as to aluminum foil, and is ideal for offset printing and gravure inks for food packaging.
 

Metal binder

The resin industry is used to manufacture pressed plastics instead of non-ferrous metals such as steel and lead, and can be formulated into a variety of adhesives. Widely used in the bonding of wood, ceramics, metals, plastics, leather, laminates, etc.
